    On-Site Coordination (12 Hours)

    • Full coordination from setup to event conclusion, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

    • Assist with guest and speaker arrivals, provide support during event transitions.

    Vendor & Venue Setup/Breakdown

    • Oversee setup, manage vendor arrivals, and supervise the breakdown process.
